I'm often looking for a CMT level FBSM around 10pm or later.

So, not a 20 minute feathery rub and tug....  

I'd rather not pay FS prices for a FBSM...

I'm open to Asian options, but the RR website is overwhelming with ads for different providers, companies...I get a sketchy vibe.  

Providers who work day/evenings seem to stop working around 7 or 8pm.
