What gets me is slightly loose clothing where I get glimpses of the side of a breast. Tight lycra and in yo face cannons don't do as much for me.
No or light make up and the side of a woman's neck are huge turn ons for me as well.
And ostriches in heels. Mmm. Ok, I made one of those up.
Okay now cross with Felicia day and add a bit more freckles 
Exposing the bare neck may be a signal of youth and availability/submission. It's a known flirting technique even without the ponytail!
In my neighborhood, there are two runners with ponytails and it's hard not to take that triple-take.
it's all I can do to keep myself from running after them!

with wisps of hair floating down--i.e., not everything "perfectly" in place. And, the big, swinging skirts...or, as others have said, runners with the tiny T-shirts and short shorts!
Something about a woman wearing only a man's dress shirt always gets to me. This image of Garbo beat out the Farrah Fawcett poster in my youth.
Everything is inherently sexual, indeed The more you listed to this one and get all the words, the funnier it gets. "When Bruce Willis was dead at the end of 6th sense" Now that's funny stuff.
