Hey everyone, I'm a super newbie and am wondeirng if there are any providers that you think are really nice and easy to deal with for a starter?

Also any recommendations if I should provide screening through p411 or the providers website?

I'm not sure how often I'll use the service so I'm wondering if P411 is going to be worth the money.

Many thanks for your hel

go to the Newbie board and search for P411.  You'll find plenty of great insight on that subject and many others.  Personally I'm totally sold, makes verification way easier.

For best newbie provider check the Mn Top 100 list.  Anyone good enough to be on it should be able to take good care of you assuming their menu and looks are to your liking.

Of course I'm sure the young lady above me wouldn't be a bad place to start your search.

Couldn't agree more Goliath.  P411 will even let you know which ladies are newbie friendly.

I'm very interested in Elan as well, but beware the sardines!!!!

Elan might knock your socks off if she's your 1st...Trinity Lake is another. Depends on how much you want to spend and what you're looking for...Goliath already gave you good advice plus Elan already sent you a PM...just follow the yellow brick road to Oz!

Same as the OP. For me this is like an on and off kinda situation. Like now I'm free for a month or so and then it maybe another year or so before I get this kind of opportunity to explore. So spending a year's worth of p411 fees seems an overkill for me. I am glad TER has monthly memberships :)
Any newbie-friendly PMs will be deeply appreciated.
Thanks.
