BBFS is not only allowed to be discussed on the boards, but there are also bbfs reviews in the database now. Prior to that it wasn't allowed in reviews or discussion.
Your other rules are mostly correct, but they still are enforced inconsistantly. It probably depends which admin is on duty, and how they interpret the rules and also if the post was reported or not. There are no discussion board moderators (since Feb 2012). Boards are now moderated by TER admin and mostly through the report a post button. So in essence, we are all mideratirs now.
... once in awhile they'll reverse their decision on appeal. But it shouldn't take an act of Congress to get a post approved when it's in the same vein as many other posts in the forum. Consistency across moderators is a challenge.
