Okay fellas (or ladies) how about a little help. I am trying like heck to understand the acronyms for this site but unclear on some of them. For instance, how about GFE (what is a TRUE GFE?) I am also unclear on what is meant by "french". How about DFK (I know it is something to do with kissing)? I read in one review how after a BBBJCIM (I figured that one out thanks) there was four other letters one of which was a Q. (I can't find it now that I am finally asking someone) any clues. Can you help?

Also, if I am interested in a BBBJCIM, how much am I going to have to shell out and who would you recommend - keeping in mind I have never done this and am obviously a little dim.
