Never ceases to amaze me, it seems that Rochester and Winona LE stings around the same time.    WDN states a La Crosse, WI girl was busted in Winona.    

Hobbyist play safe, providers SCREEN!!!!!!!!      I know-some hobbyist don't like to be screened but at least>>>      STFU when it happens!!!
