Hey V, the gov't NEEDS that money to cover it up when the VP shoots a dude.  It's all ok, the CIA assured him he was a quail.  Hopefully he'll take Scalia and Alito on his next "hunting trip."

and it is a good one although I suspecct LE would find it easier to use escorts they have already arrested and charged to do this sort of thing.
