Yuppp  tonight the horrific discovery of City Pages want ads that attract the young girls in college looking to make extra money.... oh the shame of paying for college on the dime of you handsome gentlemen... ha ha...

Just saw the ground breaking, indepth, undercover investigation on FOX 9, and was blown away that this kind of thing is happening in our fair city.  (Please note there is tons in sarcasm in my internal monologue).  To quote the greatest protagonist of our time, Dennis Miller, "I dont want to get off on a rant here but"  What sort of brainiac finally realized after all these years that there are escort ads in the free weekly paper.  And futhermore that some of these people are not the nice people you find here but actual scumbags pimping out kids.  What a shocker.  I see that they conveniently left out left out their buddies in media propaganda, the Star Rag and the Pioneer Puss.  Those 2 top quality, hard hitting, Pulitzer winning papers would never accept any such form of advertising.  (note more sarcasm)  Oh but wait a minute, I just looked in yesterdays paper and they do have advertising for adult entertainment.  

I know it's feb and its sweeps month and time to draw in the big ratings with hard hitting news stories like this, but COME ON PEOPLE.  Do they really think that the general public is this stupid and think this is groundbreaking news? If we are, don't we deserve to believe everything they force feeds down our lemming like throats as we run eagerly over the edge.  I can't believe their aren't more pressing events that need coverage besides this.  But that just my opion.
