Have found the scoring system used here for evaluation (performance evaluation scale 1-10) a most useful tool in research and decision making criteria. In fact I've found it so effective I routinely measure my SO against it for performance measurement purposes. Very similar to the Olympic scoring system after a performance. Anyone else find this scoring matrix useful ?
