Can someone explain this to me?  In my review of Bonnie Parker I gave her a 10 for performance.  TER lowered it to an 8 sighting their "review guidelines", and then moved it to a 9 after I complained.  From what I understand, a provider must offer greek to earn a 10 rating - is this correct?  If it is, I seem to read plenty of reviews for providers that rate a 10 for performance that do not mention greek (for example, MDL gave her a ten without any mention of greek).  Can someone clear this up?

Well while I did not mention greek, it is on the menu just did not mention it...
