Just noticed a reviewer who is not providing adequate ratings for providers who aren't part of a specific group of providers that have been discussed for their own blacklisting tactics.  
If anyone wants to know who the blacklisting reviewer and providers are pm me.... I'd post them here but I'm not sure the posting would be approved... If anyone knows it's ok to post such screennames, I'll edit and list them.
