I have recently returned to the hobby after a 2 year absence.  Hence, I do not have any local references, but am willing to provide other information for purposes of verification like work number, ID, etc.  The last two providers that I saw in Houston have since retired.  Are there any providers out there that will see you without a reference if you are willing to provide identification information?
