What would you say are the most common reasons for retirement?

Why? A woman might get into the business to fulfill some personal and/or financial goals. When she accomplishes those goals (for instance, completing school), it's time to move on. She lands the "real" job she's always wanted, or the business she's started takes off, and it's time to move on. She has children, and as children get older, it gets more difficult to continue. She's just grown tired of the demands of the business. She realizes that she's at a point in her life where the costs are greater than the rewards. She meets the guy (or gal) of her dreams and sets off for the happy ever after.

I know it shouldn't, we should be happy for the ladies that have decided to move on, and I am, but it still tough when you loose contact with a friend.  And that for the most part is what happens.

Just my thoughts.
