They have a P411 page for the agency at https://www.preferred411.com/ProviderPage_Agency.cfm?cid=65503 and a search of reviews using just the phone number listed in her P411 listing comes back with 25 profiles that include that number. I also found TER threads discussing them by Googling perfectionmodels.com. That should get you started.
Google the phone number, 646-462-3695, and you'll find a review for someone else plus complaints of texts from an agency.
