I had the same thing happen a few months ago but not with TCUncovered.  I did not get a response from TER when I asked for an explanation of the problem.  I tried editing it a couple of times and resubmitting it by deleting the URL and then putting it back in but it was the same URL  Eventually, they accepted it but I don't know what exactly changed so they were happy with it.  I don't know if it might be related but TCUncovered has been a bit flaky lately; I've been getting slow response times and sometimes it even times out.  I've also noticed some providers who have had ads there for some time (Britney, the Playhouse) are no longer listed there.  I don't know if this has anything to do with it but I throw it out there for what it is worth.
