You have this resource. TER can be searched. Under Reviews select Advanced Search and then go down to the Provider's Contact Information section. Toggle the Country to United States, fill in Fargo under City and you'll get a list of the most recently reviewed providers there.

If you have a p411 membership, you can search that to see who is visiting and when they'll be there. If you search on p411, they list a couple more boards to try at the top of the ND pages.
