Recently, I had a provider act surprised when I finished a second cup well before the hour was out. When I asked her why she was surprised, she said that while many customers ask for a second cup, few are able to finish it before the hour is up.
This is something of a surprise to me, as I can nearly always finish cup #2 if I have an hour (sometimes in 30 mn, but it is rarely offered at this price point.) It probably helps that I only book 1 hour sessions with providers that I find to be very attractive. I also ask fairly early into the session, and if a second helping is in the offing, I don't delay completing the first, usually withing the first 20 minutes or so.
I suppose age has some affect on the second cup success rate, but still I find it surprising that most people don't take advantage of second cup service when it is provided.
Do some of you get more of a thrill out of a long, slow, sensuous runup that doesn't leave time for more?
Scrim. with sdome ladies I enjoy a "Double Tap" with others I don't mind a Single Tap. I wish providers would be more forth coming if this is an option so we can plan accordingly. It is nice to have a BJTC or HJTC and then move on the main course.
I find that about 10 minutes into the action I get to a "turning point" where I either have to turn up the heat to insure 2 rounds or turn down the heat to make one round last. About that time always seems to be a good time to ask if twice is OK, so I usually ask now. Like MDL, I like knowing early on so I can dial in the right setting on the love meter.
I can get to 2 in an hour if things move along, and 3 in two hours. But I agree with what others have said, much depends on chemistry and attitude of the gal. If the session has a real erotic charge to it right from the start, then 2 is easy.
Seriously, for me it depends more on the provider than anything else. Some try hard and are good at getting a second response, some don't and aren't. And sometimes . . .

Depends on the lady. Some expect it and are good at serving it up and some would just as soon keep it at one. Knowing ahead of time and planning make a big difference.
With a one hour, with a provider that is 2nd cup friendly, probably about half the time achieve second finish (if not, have fun trying). With 90 minutes or 2 hours, most of the time, achieved.
