I sent an email the other day, and received a very polite and well written response.  She intends to offer some fetishes (none with her in handcuffs), but did mention several upcharges, in addition to her $140 fee.  I declined to see her, but I did appreciate that she was very upfront about additional costs.  She seems cute.
