How concerned would you be with a phone call that turned quite graffic concerning menu options.All of the conversation reguarding these options was offered by the lady first.Prices were also quoted over the phone.This normally is taboo.Is this just a young inexpierenced provider or should one stay clear?

In reality it is most likely an inexpierenced provider. I always take the its better to be safe the sorry mentality so I would stay away from her. Even if there is a 1% chance she is LE that is more of a gamble then I am willing to deal with.

I have to rely on "indirect" information to determine if it's LE or not... Girls at the noobie level that I frequent are usually inexperenced and broke, and don't understand acronyms!
If you ask any noob: "R U GFE?" She'll answer "yes", unless she's honest enough to admit she has no idea what you're talking about!

You have to measure "the LE factor" based the "feel" you get from her... I've spoken with several lady-cops on the phone over the years... you can just "tell" in their voice and "cultural under-tones" in their speech patterns ect...

1. You are probably not speaking directly to LE - they would not initiate specific sexual propositions with prices.  That would be considered solicitation and most likely fall under entrapment defense.  
2.  You could be talking to a provider working with LE as a CI, although this is also unlikely because if they want to bust John's, they will want a stronger case.  
3.  You could be talking to a provider or provider impersonater that is working with an investigative reporter, but this is also unlikely as they cannot tape a phone conversation but could if its in person.  
4.  It could be a provider that has no intention of following through after taking your money - typical C&D (Cash & Dash).  This happened to me during my earlier inexperienced years in the hobby.   Girl told me on the phone explicitly that blow jobs were 100, intercourse was 200, greek was 300, etc.  No pretense.  She insists that she can only do outcall.  She shows up later, enters the room, asks me what I want - like an indiot I say - half and half - she says thats 200.  I give her the money, she says she needs to give it to her driver and she'll be right back.  Never saw her again.  A similar thing happend a bit later but this time I thought I was smarter.  I insisted that she could not leave with the money until after she performs.  She says ok, asks me to "get comfortable" and I oblige.  She starts a massage, fully clothed.  I start to remind her about what I wanted.  She immediately jumps up and shouts loud enough for the dead to hear - "the money is for my time only and you just solicited me for sex - thats illegal!" and runs out the door.  
5.  She's either the dumbest inexperience whore in town, or more likely she's VERY experienced, and most likely has probably been busted several times before, and probably knows the worst thats going to happen is to sit a night in jail.  She's probably experienced enough to know she won't get busted for saying shit over a phone thats not listed, and without a recording of the coversation she's not going to get busted (probably a go phone), that when the guy shows up to follow through she just needs to keep her mouth shut and let him do the talking ( a cop would induce her to repeat the proposition for his tape recorder).  

In any case, its a fair bet that LE is very aware of her, and they could make her enough to be watching her when you meet up and now you are on camera and on tape.  So just steer clear.  

But then thats just my opinion.  Gotta admit, when this happens I get a rise out of it and am very tempted to pursue it just for kicks.  Kind of reminds me of the days I spent wandering the red light districts of Amsterdam.  Just like this is is exactly how its done - nothing discreet about it - "50 for suck, 100 for suck and fuck".

either LE trying to sting you or, more likely, a young and very stupid provider who is probably going to get busted soon and hand over her clients' private information to LE. No provider with a scintilla of brains and/or common sense would volunteer such info over the phone.

I don't disagree with anything said here because some providers do talk openly about their services and rates, especially visitors from hobby-friendly areas.

But if you tell us who it is, someone may know her or at least we'll have a heads up or something.

So many bottom feeders speak plainly about money and services... I've kearned to adapt my hobby style to their stupidity...

If that happened to me, in your case, I would just hang up the phone. I would not worry about being rude in a situation like that. Sometimes you just gotta watch your own ass!
