Little Sue, sorry to hear of your issues with not being credited as a VIP member.

I assume you have emailed "Staff" on this issue?  They will be the ones to take care of this.

I have a problem. I'm a vip member.I'm paying to be one and for the past two days I've been bumped down to a basic member. I emailed to who I should and still I havent gotten an answer why this is happening to me. Can you help me?
