Just because you know something it is not necessary to talk about it.

Is it OK to talk about stuff we know nothing about?

...consistently post things that don't necessarily need to be talked about on the board like (again stating the obvious):

-outing people
-sharing they get discounts from specific providers who might want to keep those details between both parities
-lack decorum and don't know when to STFU ever
-etc.

This is really just a rhetorical question that I don’t expect you to answer here, publicly. However, some would agree that certain posters should be moderated as they might pose a danger to us in general.
