Did you get scammed by an actual provider or someone that is just a scammer? Or someone that maybe hacked into a real providers account and is scamming people?  

1. Actual provider=yes, do a scam review  
2. complete spoof of a provider=you can warn people about the account but the scammers usually delete the account and start over with a new one once their scam is found out, it is a wack a mole game
3. Actual provider that got hacked=get in contact with the real provider asap to let them know what happened so they can lock their accounts and prevent other people from getting scammed
