MGC was raided, and things like computers, telephones, and bank accounts were seized. MGC mgmt. were briefly held with no charges being filed, then released. It is unclear what if any charges will be filed inthe future.

TBD himself posted some damaging rumors about MGC, incuding that they had handed over client records in exchange for leniency, and that someone had filed a complaint against them relating to STD's. TBD fairly crowed over MGC's misfortune, and ended his initial post with "Told you so!" These rumors were certainly unsubstantiated, and are in fact probably totally false.

However, TBD's posts no doubt scared off some MGC clientele, making their bad situation even worse. A number of people took exception to this, and posted accordingly. TBD defended himself for a while, then eventually issued a grudging, condescending, half-assed "apology," and departed the scene, installing a new Moderator. We are all supposed to just play nice again. LOL.

The whole series of threads was then deleted by the new Mod., so TBD's perfidy is now not apparent to anyone reading the Board for the first time. Most of the posters on the TBD Board since then have never posted on that Board before, leading me to believe someone is trying to give the appearance of real traffic on that abandoned Board.

Several folks have dropped ads and / or VIP memberships, and have gathered here. I personally hope that everyone avoids the TBD Board, and thaty we keep the content, and any income, here on TER.
