If you're looking for advice why not ask the Iowa girl?  LOL  As far as I know there are no independant providers there anymore other than I travel there once in a while, along with a few others from Kansas City or Omaha.  Amber Moore moved home to California last winter, last I heard Nicole was retired, and nobody has stepped up to fill the gaps.  

I am seeing a girlfriend down there this weekend that might be able to help, but I have no idea of the quality of service she provides - she works for an agency there and the agencies there are generally very poor.  Cash and dash, bait and switch are common practices - I used to work for them so I know first hand, I was 3 or 4 different girls when they were describing me on the phone!  I sure don't miss those days - drove me into retirement from the business for over a year before I found out a lot more about the net and the Twin Cities :)  

There may be one new independant, but I have no clue if she is even legit - she has no reviews or info about her, but you are welcome to contact me if you would like a link or more info.

Well I have seen Amber Moore but it has been sometime back. I had an all time favorite of Angie but she has retired. If you would search the ads in the Des Moines Register there are a few listings but not many. Good Luck.

In Iowa right now, there is one lady in Des Moines advertising on escort-pictures. I emailed her but missed her last week, she has no reviews. If you need an email address, let me know. Avoid the agencies, they are terrible.   There are a number of traveling ladies from the KC area coming through in the next couple of weeks, KC Biamber, Holly, Susan, and Angel, check the Yahoo site, Iowa Hot Spots.
