THe police officer killed was a member of the St PAul vice squad who was working street prostitution. The person who brutally murdered this police officer was not involved in prostitution. He was an unruly bar patron. 2 people have been arrested in connection with the slaying. The killing was not connected to prostitution at all other than the fact that the police officer was a vice cop.
