I wanted to offer a mini-review of Kay so that it can be posted before she leaves town. Some hobbyists might be wary because of her rock-bottom pricing, but she is a terrific value for those who have reasonable expectations. If you like a little ripple in your chocolate, check her out before she goes back home.
