From the most recent review it looks like Katie may have added a new option to her menu. Members take a look at the review. Do you think this is true?!!

The review sounds very different from her other ones.  Also, the reviewer has no other reviews.  It sounds suspicious to me.  There is a similar situation with a review posted for Amy, who advertises as an 18 year old college student and whose previous review as Cassy and postings from people on here were less than favorable.  Now she gets a good review from someone who's never reviewed before.  In both cases, I don't anything for sure as I've not had any contact with either lady but I would be suspicious.
