Seems like there's a shooting or three every day.  Where is it safe to hobby and what areas should be avoided?

I just moved to MPLS three months ago....I absolutely love the TC's and MN. there's rif-raf in any city. Use your judgement, observe your surroundings and sometimes follow your gut. Better yet, stay with providers reviewed on TER
