Why complain about a provider's price point?
I've read some posts on this board, and heard from providers both local and traveling about hobbyists either emailing them, or posting on the boards with complaints about their prices.  Some of the comments are down right rude!

I'm a hobbyist, and I'm not independently wealthy.  But I have no problem paying a little extra for a given level of friendly and frisky companionship.  Providers are providing a SERVICE in a MARKET like any other business person.  They price themselves according to the amount of customers they wish to service, what they think they are worth for their services, and what the market will bare.

Bottom line:  You get what you pay for

If you want a bbbj for $50, then pick up an LE decoy strutting her stuff along the street

In MARKET for SERVICES, buyers are free to comment about about PRICES and compare services.

In a MARKET, both buyers and seller set prices.  Complaining about a price point that someone feels is out of line is part of a MARKET.

I agree with this point of view, with the addition of just bypassing a provider with a price you dont like, the market will balance it all out, if she can get fine for her, if not she has to deal with it.

My point is, you don't have to be rude about it.  You shouldn't send Emails to the provider complaining that they charge too much.  If the provider can't make a living on what she charges, she'll either find a different way to make a living, OR pricer herself (up or down) accordingly.

VorBlues,
I don't know how new you are to this little game but I checked your review.  Yes, there is only one.  We have been over that price point turf so many times it is not even yesterday's news anymore.  I want to intoduce you to another term that is used on this board. It is "shilling".  Shilling is when a guy makes posts designed to hopefully get him more privileges or lower cost or, at least, great approval from a provider or providers.  Is it possible that you are hoping your one reviewee will read your wonderful support for her and the other ladies?  Maybe even a lot of ladies will read it and will say to each other on their back channel, "Now that VorBlues is real a gentleman.  We should all reward him for his kindness to us."

I'm with you on not being rude towards the ladies, or demanding of them.  But it seems to me if such an email came to your source, it is not necessary to fire up the price battles again. The Twin Cities has seen enough cat fighting and negative posting.  I don't mean to say you can't post what you want to, but I wouls suggest you do a check on your own agenda before starting up another price thread.  BTW, welcome to the hobby.

Nice point cmeflyhigh. I think there has been some "shilling" as of late. IMHO.

Shilling, or the opposite of shilling, what would that be, ripping? is what makes up 90% of this board.  Saying that nobody should shill is akin to saying that all providers suck and the hobby sucks and why should anyone ever pay for a whore?  If you don't want to read anything good on this board, then don't read this board.  To say that I disagree with the last two posts would be putting it mildly.  Have I made myself clear yet?  Here's some more: This board has so many negative posts that I am convinced that it is the reason that we have travelers who are better than locals.  The local ladies who would like to provide good service won't provide because they don't want to taste the toxic venom delivered by the fangs of some of the posters on this board.  And if you think that I am a local provider using an alias, then there is something else that we disagree with that I know that I am right about.
