Someplace central with easy freeway access would be nice. Appartments can "accessorized" but one has to allow for nosy neighbors. Western suburbs would work great.
I would say around 280 and 35/36 would be a good area, it's a little hot in that area but not too bad as long as you are low-key, I think it's centraly located near Mpls. St. Paul,and major freeways.
Although location is very important and west side is best for the guys a place low key will be key to success. Make sure the provider you team up with doesnt look the part and keep your volume to less than three per day and on heavy days use a hotel and only let clients you have seen before and ones who will "fit in" visit. Downtown apartment complex's have always had eyes and ears and dont rent where there are security cameras. Some clients own properties team up with one of them and make sure a client's name NEVER appears on the lease.
