in my neighborhood think that just because their dog's hot, stinky shit melts down into a foot of snow, that they don't have to pick-up. That hot stinky shit will still smell when I get home after stepping in it?!?!?!

ya, why do some people think it's o'.k. that "their" dog is too good to shit in "their" own yard, so they send them over to mine to take a dump.. Yuck!! And what the hell are they feeding "their" dog. peeu

Peaches,  yo know as well as I do that some people think their S--- doesn't stink.  Furthermore, If it is not in their backyard, or where they will walk or smell it.  Who cares?  They certainly do not!  Just another example of some people's lack of respect for others!

I had a neighbor who started scooping it up and putting it in the offending neighbors mailbox with a note.  The note would be something like "your dog left this in my yard.  I knew you would want it as much as I do"  He would put it in whether or not there was mail in there.  It actually did help.
