A week ago, TER discussion boards (but not reviews) shrunk to only about an inch of viewable space on my browser.  This means I must scroll endlessly as ony 3 lines of text are visible at any one time.  This is the very same in every browser: Internet Explorer, Netscape, Safari...
At the same time, some Eros city sites (e.g., Twin Cities) lost all their pictures but others did not.
Has anyone had a similar experience or have any helpful insight?  No problems with any other sites, boards, etc.  Thanks & HNY!

If you have Norton Internet Security, try turning "ad blocking" to the off position.

I think Sano has it nailed.  I just loaded Norton Internet Security trecently as well...  While I have no problems with the TER discussion groups, I had the same issue you have with Eros.  I investigated a bit, and found that the problem is that the text "/ads/" appears in the HTML file directory and the text "/ad_images/" appears in the image directory.  Norton sees both of these as no-nos and blocks them out thinking, of course, that they are banner ads.

This applies only to Seattle, San Diego, Atlanta, Boston, and Minneapolis.  The other cities use a different file naming convention and don't have this problem.

One nice benefit of banner blocking is that you can sneak into the TER site without the TER banner ad (either the big-boobed brunette or the Cityvibe ad) attracting too much attention from passers by.

I don't have Norton Internet Security but you got me thinking and browsing...and I discoverd that "Net Blockade" from Aladdin had been downloaded and activated as part of Internet Cleanup.  Interesting that the default activation included widespread blocking.  Thanks much -- I was getting rather squinty eyed on TER and forced to rely on imagination elsewhere!
