After pondering the stuff thats been said lately about prices, two things have come into my mind:

First, its good to see energy again in the Board - its a big part of the fun of the hobby, to share and gain from others.

Second, remembering back to my econ classes (hated them at the time), I remember it being said that markets behave rationally if the information being acted on is accurate and timely.  If not, disruptions occur.  I think this business is VERY prone to this and thats why we see the kind of stuff that makes all of us scratch our heads.

Two examples:

Catherine S.  - never saw her but I would wager I would be very happy with the value for the money.  Further, she charges reasonable for the quality and quantity of service she gives.  Why?  First she does it and second, the info on her is fabulous! no one can say they are blindsided and everyone expects what they get.

Outfit from Miami (not Miami Companions):  They are fly by nights, different names, blurred faces, misleading pictures, same tele exchange, charging the same as Catherine for less? why?  because they rely on bad or no information - you can never get a handle on them.

And this is worse than buying a car....many of the providers are not operating with full decks, and who acts rationally when their peepee is involved?  And so men are ripe for the rip off by people (many who stumble) onto a great hustle which is not going to get reported to the BBB and thats what happens.......unless we accurately give info to each other.....about all aspects and then act on it.

FYI, in 1992, the cheapest I can remember paying for something not on the street that was very good - $100 at East Lake Health - I am not fond of parlours, but alot of nice gals came from there....

Ah yes, the good old days at East Lake Health Club! Those 3am jaunts to south Minneapolis when you can't sleep, and you make that call to see who was working that night.
If it's your favorite girl, you get dressed, get your cash from the ATM, then walk in the door, where after it closes, a slide panel would open, and your favorite girl would be there smiling, saying, "Hi, how are you?  I'll let you in!"  Ah Dee-Dee, where have you disappeared to?
Ahh the good ole days!

A good example of the "dark side" of the Florida scene is on Eros right now.  Bia/Emmy/Sharon are all the same person, with three different phone numbers and not associated with an agency.  Bad news period, as previous threads have discussed.

Anyone remember the Massage Parlor in Hopkins, don't remember the name, but it was great.

Golden Key Sauna.  My 1st time with a professional.  My mom paid for it!! (She's Italian and was p*ssed that my dad hadn't "seen to my education! lol)

Best I remember was the baby bottle with oil in a bottle warmer. Nice massages!
