I called 4 TER reviewed local providers today.

0 - Answered
3 - Never returned my call
1 - called me right back, told me to call her back when I reached a certain intersection, and then STOOD ME UP.  I STILL haven’t heard back from her.  I wasted my whole afternoon and she doesn’t even have the courtesy to give me an explanation.

I am polite, discrete and have a nice phone voice.  I can’t imagine that I sound like LE. The only thing I can think of is that I work for myself, and my voicemail and caller ID show my business name.  I always explain in my messages that I work for myself, and that I am the only one who answers that line.  You can also tell it is me because I recorded the greeting.

I would rather support local talent than go through agencies for out of town girls, but I may not have much choice.  There really are not that many TER reviewed local providers to choose from.  The ones with the best reps all want a referral from someone they know, and the rest just don’t take their jobs seriously at all.  From the reviews I’ve been reading, it seems like, as a rule, the out of town girls are providing much better customer service.  Hopefully the increasing competition from visiting providers will be the cure for the locals’ complacency.

Sorry to hear about the stand up.  I'd recommend doing a review as i've seen other reviews that state a similar experience.  I'm assuming that the ones you contacted had positive reviews.  Good luck next time at least you still have your cash.

I CANT AGREE MORE I TRAVEL TO THE TWIN CITIES FROM NEBRASKA AND READ UP ON THE REVIEWS AND CALL AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS AND GET STOOD UP OR NO REPLIES AND I HAVE REFERENCES. I EVEN SET UP APPOINTMENT WAS TOLD NO CAUSE I WAS TRYING TO MAKE OTHER APPOINTMENT  I GUESS NEBRASKA MONEY ISNT NO GOOD BUT MISTY HAS HELPED AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE ITS NOT A TOTAL LOSE WITH THIS HOBBY

Providers don't like it when you schedule several appts for one day its makes them wonder what your deal is it has nothing to do with your money.  Maybe you should make a better presentation of yourself,choose who you see wisely so you dont get stood up, and dont schedule 5 girls in a 24hour period. Now of course if you have the miracle worker for a buddy down there excuse all this but most guys can barley handle one girl for a multi hour let alone 5!

I agree, Tiger,  It is a rarity that I have my phone with me(unless I am out on a call and may need it for directions.)  I prefer to set up appointments through emails first, then talk on the phone.  And for the record: I have never stood a gent up, but several have stood ME up, so the knife cuts both ways.  I can gaurentee all of my clients would say nothing but good things about me and the professional yet personable way I approach my hobby

I don't blame a gal for not answering I can even accept not calling back, because no commitment has been made.  Assuming his last attempt was the truth the getting him to an intersection and then standing him up is what rubs me the wrong way.  Again, good luck in the future guy.

AND WHEN HE DRIVES 9 HRS TO THE APPOINTMENT AND GETS STOOD UP

I cannot justify standing a client up unless it is a life and death reason.  Just letting you know that there is always another side to any story.  Again, I have been stood up by gents who never call to tell my why or to apologize.  I have never and will never stand anyone up myself.  I take my committments seriously and really enjoy this work.

One of the four providers I called got home late very late and gave me a call at 10:45 PM.  I set up an appointment for the next day, and the rest was smooth sailing.  Thanks, Jolie   I had a very good time.  She’s nice girl and doesn’t try to rush things.  I can see why she’s never had a bad review.  I would definitely recommend her.

I never did hear back from the girl that stood me up.  I did review her reviews again, and noticed that she did the exact same thing to another guy—to the T!  She also left him high and dry at an intersection!  Amazing.  

Apparently this is routine behavior for her.  If she’s been called out for this twice now, odds are she does it all the time--kind of like guys that get DWI’s.  If they’ve been ticketed half a dozen times, odds are they drive drunk most nights of the week.  Likewise, a girl that gets called to task for standing up a guy at an intersection more than once has probably done in dozens of times, because guys rarely bother to post a review of an encounter that never happened.  Maybe I should post one to warn others, but what would I put for “Appearance?”  I never saw her, but I do know that her attitude sucks.

Hell, I wasn’t going to call her out by name, but she won’t return my calls, and that other guy apparently tried to contact her for a full week and never got a response.  China, if you are out there, I’d love to hear your side of the story.
