Interesting idea but I'm not sure the economics of it make sense for a provider to fly wing.  It strikes me a variant form of matchmaking; albeit one where the person facilitating the match really doesn't know either party.

The concept has been around a long time.  I think alot of us experienced this when we were single and we'd go out with girls who were just friends.  I had a couple of friends who did kinda enjoy playing the wingwoman role.  Let's also not forget that there are 'legit' escort agencies around too that would probably suffice for something like this.

If you set something like this up here in the cities and started recruiting I wonder if most women would prefer to do this for $50/hr or provider for $300/hr?
