Not trying to be a trouble maker here, but CityVibe isn't entirely on the up-and-up... Kind of "half and half." If you search the national board you'll probably find references to CV's tactic of posting "speculative" ads by copying the pics/text of providers and creating ads "for them" whether they want them or not... They quite often end up reposting retired providers by accident, kind of gives it away.
They basicly put your ad up first, then contact you and see if you want to pay for it. I'd say more, but they have a pretty chummy thing going with this site and I'm not looking for trouble here so I'd rather not get into it in this forum.
