I'm considering making an appointment with one of the ladies from the Playhouse.  Looking at their reviews, I see they ask for references from first timers.  Can someone tell me exactly what they want?  I've never needed to give references before so I want to be prepared.

They want the name of a provider that you've seen and that they know.  Or a provider that they can call and verify who you are.
P.S.  They are worth it.
