Didn't mean to step into a pissing war, extend an old one or start a new one. Thought there was an issue that TER could help address, and I think there still is. But maybe we let capitalism (sp) step in and help as well.

Couldn't agree with you more about the best rising to the top, regardless of what it is they do. I also want to thank you and Madison. It is obvious you enjoy what you do, care about the clients and if treated with respect and kindness will return the same and more. While I have not seen others in town - for me, you are the standard other providers are held against.

While corny or pithy which ever you prefer, so many could learn so much by following the same, regardless of what it is the do.

An analogy - Your looking for a pair of jeans. You can shop at botiques that provide the highest quality of goods and services and a wide range of options. You are treated with respect and you are considered a client.

Or you can shop at Wal Mart. Get in, get out little choice, questionable quality and low customer service. You are rushed through so others can plop down thier money. You are only a customer.

In the end - both will provide you with a pair of jeans, but do you want to be a just a customer, or do you want to be a client. There is a market for both, and let the consumer decide.

Or you can follow my life long motto - If I fail to meet your expectations, please let me know immeadiatley...... So I can lower them!!!
