I have posted on this topic a number of times as a resident of the Northland.  I would never expect any of the traveling providers from Miami etc. to do a trip to Duluth.  But it would seem to make sense for some of our local providers to expand their market a bit.  A couple have and it's a great treat for those of us who live here.  I don't know how you promote this fact short of posting it on this message board, but if you threw out some dates for a potential visit over a couple of days, periodically, I think you'd be pleased with the results.  Short of that there is Yoshiko's in Duluth's west end.  Not good!
