I imagine it depends on what kind of retirement it is.  If it's just a "public" retirement, i.e., the lady is just going UTR then she probably is just seeing regulars.  Beyond that, well if the lady is interested in seeing a privileged few, I would think she lets them know ahead of time.

I couldn't help but notice the conversation about catherine a few threads down. Do some providers choose to see their  regulars after they retire?

Has anyone had any luck in contacting and seeing retired providers?

Her retirement was sudden and unexpected for me and I havent had any luck in contacting her.

Yes, it does happen. Depends upon the relationship. Why should it be any different from any other job, service,profession, whatever you wish to call what a person does???
