You got ripped off. You were led to expect one thing and got another. These things continue to go on when hobbiests don't post about their experiences and/or don't read the other posts. Post it, so others are saved the same experience.
I just tried out an agency that seems to have some favorable reviews. The reviews provide a link to the agency, where they show a picture of the girl. Thinking this lady was hot, I bypassed my usual practice of avoiding agencies gave them a call. The agency was friendly and set up an appointment.
Well, the girl that arrived was not the lady on their website. Still, she was rather attractive so I did not complain. After taking care of business for $$$, I started to become concerned when she failed to remove her panties. Instead of getting a candy wrapper from her purse, she got out lotion and began a HJ. After a while I asked if she would take off the underwear and she said that she better not as it was her time of the month. Oh, great, I thought. Later, I asked for a french lesson and she did get up to search her purse for a candy wrapper, saying that she didn't normally carry them and, of course she had none. So, back to the HJ. I made the best of the situation, remaining a total gentleman and not complaining, and went on and allowed her to finish me off.
She was a nice girl, but certainly not the girl who others had reviewed and who I was expecting to see based upon the internet picture. The level of performance, obviously, was minimal and, for $$$, I think, close to being a rip off.
So, did I get ripped of? Should I post the name of the agency who did this bait and switch? I don't want to discredit the real girl who apprantly provides FS, but I don't want others to have this happen to them, either, so should I mention the name that was used?
I'd have to say...you got screwed and didn't even get kissed, except in the pocket book...It would be nice if you let us all know who this agency is... Thanks
Sounds like a classic agency rip-off to me. She remembers lotion, but not condoms? Not likely. Also, there is no excuse for anyone doing a session at "that time of the month," but there is even less excuse for an agency to send someone in that condition. I don't like agencies, but one advantage they SHOULD have is in having multiple Ladies available. With an indpendent, there is only one Lady - if she's "indisposed" or otherwise unavailable, you're out of luck.
(more than once, a Lady has decided to see me at the wrong time of the month - that's always her last date with me)
(and BTW, ALWAYS bring your own condoms! They are easy to purchase in any supermarket or drug store. I prefer a particular brand / style, but never risk being caught without one)
I agree with the above poster. You got ripped, and it would be of assistance to the community to post the agency's name, and the Lady's, here in public.
You got ripped off. Don't be so kind to these houligans. Tell us right here who they are so we can put together a posse and run these horsetheives out of town. Next time be sure to contact the hometeam before these ruthless slimey vermin have another chance to steal from any of us again.

I hafta admit that I too have been in a similar ripoff...apart from the "that time of month" excuse. Based on what I'm reading here I'm feeling suddenly liberated to post the experience for others to learn from and hope others will do the same as well. I held back from the review previously to give the benefit of a doubt to the individual but the more I think about it...there is little doubt in my mind.
I've allways gone with first impressions when dealing with an agency. In your case everything was good up till the first point of contact. Turn them away at the door (outcall) or walk away (incall) if she isn't who you expected. It's your money, you are the customer. If it doesn't feel right and meet your expectation, put a halt to the games. Don't believe at that point the person you saw on the site/ad is working for the agency. The pic you saw was probably just taken off of cyberspace somewhere.

Again, Katie from this agency has two positive reviews here, but the Katie I saw was not the one at the link above. The previous reviews noted Katie had very firm, enhanced breasts, whereas this Katie was 100% natural with medium, soft ones, to name one difference.
I can understand that a legitimate agency may sometimes end up with ladies who don't provide the level of expected service, and they then take action to correct it. If this was the case, I would not be so upset with the agency. But, I do think the agency also did a bait and switch on me, and that is what is most upsetting.
If others have had good experiences with them, I invite you to chime in. If my experience is isolated, then they may still be a good agency - provided you let them know up front that if they send out the wrong girl, you will refuse to see them.
