The price seems very low. And, in general, on Craigs List, the credibility of the postings appears to be inversely related to the quality of the photos.

I have seen that same phone number pop up for a few different ladies. I woudl approach with extreme caution.  there are a few others listed that may be better options and less risk.

If only there was a direct correlation between how hot the lady in the picture is and how good the service is then life would be much simpler.  It's more likely to be a cubic zirconia in the rough.
