JimElykz69 is correct here.  Both Cherly and Cassie are built for the long hard ride.  Cassie a legend from the old E. Lake Health club and Cherly I think is from out East somewhere.

I'd recommend Sweet April as well.  She offers CBJ, but she is a blast to be with.
