One week, I hear from the guys that the only thing this Board is designed for is so that the ladies can advertise specials. Two weeks later, the ladies say they're being flamed on the Board.

The guys say the prices are too high, the ladies defend themselves and their prices.

Here's a few things to consider .... this is an open Board. Someone stating that prices are too high and/or that more of the guys are going to be seeing out-of-towners, is not a flame nor a character attack.

On the other hand, the ladies have every right to justify their prices and level of service to each individual. If they don't want to see some of the whiners and complainers on the Board, that is their right.

Maybe the other Board is a better alternative for some of you. But don't complain about the Board being totally about just negative comments. This Board is changing and dynamic (although some may disagree) depending on the participants.

If you want things to change, who's willing to do something about it?

I agree with Wildwille, the board seems to be holding its own.  Some weeks it is slow other weeks very busy.

I try to irrigate the minds on the board evry now and then.  Just like any group, there always seems to be a few very active and a vast majority that just sit back and take a passive response.

I do seem to notice that providers seem to take a conservative stance and try to say politically correct things on the board.  I have always felt this is an open board and your opinion counts!

First things first, I would like to say that I have enjoyed
reading and posting to this board, I find this board to be
enlighting and informative,
Second, I am one of those who recently posted about what I feel
about some of the local providers rates, performance ect.
Notice that I say some! not all of the locals are such.
I have spoken my mind and I am open to any others to also
speak there mind. This is an open forum and I would hope that
all of you take advantage of this forum and use it as you may!
Third. I would like to address a certain person who in a prior
post made the statment that she was just about ready to jump
ship! this is not intended as a flame but rather more of an
observation about the other board, That board has almost no
activity what so ever, at least the twin cities board.
So if you feel that you should jump ship you are free to do so
but I think you will be very lonely over there, as I have seen
you post on the other board trying to get others to post and
seeing your posts go unanswered. and of course you have taken
some cheap shots at this board on the other board. If you don't
like it here then by all means go elsewhere but just keep in
mind that just because we all do not agree on all issues, it
does not mean that we cannot come to a peaceful understanding.
In gereral I think that if we all were to continue to keep an
open mind and be willing to look at the other side of the coin
we all win! Thank You to all who post for your input, that
is what makes this board fun and entertaining, and lively.

Check the other board and they are still on the same page! Maybe with all the discontents moving over there, they maybe can turn a page weekly?

And... he doesn't play favorites from what I've seen.  I wish we didn't have alias.  Things get a little high schoolish at times.

Totally agree with you Misty. I come to this board to get information and don't really pay much attention to the High School antics. At least the information is still there... :)
