I know this was brought up recently, but I have decided to rehash it. I notice that several reviews that are not so good seem to disappear from the TER, what is that all about? I recently had my first "unfavorable" review posted about me, but I will leave it there. Reviews are subjective, and not always right, but having them removed seems dishonest and tacky. Why even have reviews if they can so easily be removed. The TER review system is not perfect, and I would be happy to provide some input on ways it could be made better if asked, but having reviews removed is not ethical, and unfair. I know many providers will not be pleased with this post, but many will be pleased and feel the same way I do.
