If I ncns there's a very very good reason for it such as my sitter bailed last minute or the phone girl/guy forgot to alert me because the call volume is so high but I at least try to apologize if I ever make a mistake even try to make it up to them somehow. Now I just use VM and call them back myself to prevent that mishap. She could of at least tried to offer you a discount for your trouble.
