Forget it, you'll never see them.  You can give it a try if you want though, it's your time.

For thin and athletic your best bet is to find a reputable traveler in town from Eros.com or some other site and schedule them.

If you want not so thin or young or athletic (but still great) go with locals Anastasia or Alex or Madison or Tiffany of Tiffany's Playhouse.  They are all excellent to spend time with.  Plan ahead because you may need references.

Being that your tastes don't match mine at all, you can trust my opinion as totally objective since I have no immediate plans to see the provider that I am going to recommend for you.

The only provider listed here that is blonde, young, thin, athletic and most importantly easily reached is without question Anastasia.  I'll throw in another goodie: I've heard that she is the best provider in the TC for exploring the Greek Isles if you have any interest in venturing there.
