There were two profiles till recently on TER for China of the Twin Cities, and both were clearly of the provider your link shows (same telephone #).  One of the profiles had fewer, more recent, and better reviews than the other--but it did not seem like an organized shill campaign.  I was just about to submit a problem report about the split profile, so as to score two free VIP days, when suddenly both profiles were gone.  I do not know why.  If it was simply that the provider herself requested de-listing, I'd say she looked like a good bet.  But I do not know the reason.  Staff?

China's fine. She's a petite Korean-American provider with very few rules. She can seem rather passive unless you tell her to be more agressive.  She is very customer service focused though.
