Hello to all! Longtime reader, new member, 1st time poster. Of the providers that offer a 2nd cup during a normal(1 hour) session, who are your favorites? And what is it about them that puts them at the top of your list? One of mine is Misty, and it is because of her enthusiastic and determined effort to make sure that when you leave you are walking funny and have an all day grin on your face! :>)
