Didn't get any responses, but the next day I got several texts from someone demanding I pay him a fine for wasting his girls' time. He googled my number and thinks he knows where I live and who is in my family. Well, that information was thankfully old, but some was correct. He tried to scare me into paying him $2500 and if I didn't he was going to come and make me and my family pay. I called the cops and filed a police report. They said this is not uncommon. ... so many guys are so reluctant to send all of their personal info. Something as simple as a phone # getting googled and this guy is getting called for money "or else". If he does pay, it's going to happen again...and again... Now, we all know our prospective lady friends are all up and up as they say, well except if their pimp/boyfriend/ex boyfriend/handler/sheduler/driver or anyone else who may have access to said info decides to venture out and collect a little cabbage on the side...or her email is hacked and all the data from 100's of guys is now sitting in the hands of a professional criminal nerd.
But! But! But!!! They delete all of the info as soon as they've been verified! Some probably do but how hard is that to dig back up if a hacker has made it into their inbox already?
That's why for me it's no personal info ever, I don't care who the lady is. These ladies get their accounts and emails hacked on a regular basis...just look on twitter for validation of that fact. All it takes is one professional to obtain the personal info and let the extortion and games begin. If someone threatened to come after me I'd just say bring it but I only use various play accounts and numbers not tied to anything personal about me. If they come for me "Nobody" comes to mind, not going to be pretty.
